[Rio-GEM] Post-Rio Hello and Update

Greetings from Gilgit,
Rahat sends  good wishes to all the rio gem friends.
I has been an excellent experience for r me to work with you all. I suggest 
that the members working on simimlar areas should keep intouch and share 
experiences with each other. I would love to share experiences with those 
involved in ICT for rural development, distance learning, village planning 
and business incubation etc. I believe that we can develop an informal 
virtual network of of the organisations working in similar areas.
