[rts] An apology

Dear Participants

Our most sincere apologies for the disruption to the email discussion list
yesterday. This was caused by problems with the server at our service
provider. We had to stop moderating the list and this created a loop that
led to the multiple repetitions of Colin Ellis’ message. Please be assured
that this was NOT caused by a virus. We recognise how very inconvenient and
frustrating this must have been for you, particularly if you have difficult
internet access.

 We thank you for your patience and your understanding and hope that this
will not inhibit your continued participation in the discussion.
