[rts] RURAL TRANSPORT SERVICES - RESUMPTION OF WEEK 2 ACTIVITIES

Following the disruptions to the list earlier this week, we would like to
resume addressing the issues raised in the introductory papers, sent out by
me on Tuesday.  If you have had any problems receiving or retaining them,
please let me know by sending me an email to either econf-ifrtd at gn.apc.org
or to priyanthi.fernando at mcmail.com and I will send them out again to you
individually.

We hope that those of you have had no problem with the introductory papers
have had a chance to read them and that you will make your comments on the
issues raised by the authors. Please post your messages as before to
rtslist at news.gn.apc.org or to rtslist at gn.apc.org.  To make up for time lost,
we will keep the Week 2 discussion open till the 24th October.

Once again  we apologise for the problems that occurred but would like to
put those behind us and continue with the discussion.   So send in your
comments - we look forward to hearing from you.
