[rts] The first draft of the new paper

Dear colleagues

The first draft  of the new paper will be sent to everyone 
participating in this discussion on Saturday November 4th around 
14.00h GMT.  The paper will be sent in a pdf file format.  If you 
don't have it already, please download the acrobat reader for 
reading pdf files from the following address:

www.adobe.com/proindex/acrobat/readstop.html

The acrobat reader is an useful tool to have and we recommend 
you get it.  However, if you do have problems, please write to me at 
priyanthi.fernando at mcmail.com and I will try and send you the 
paper as a word file.

The authors are looking forward to hearing your views, so please 
send in your comments to the list.  This way all of us can benefit 
from each others' ideas.  We look forward to hearing from you..
