0100,0100,0100Times New RomanDear colleagues Moderated discussion - extension to Week 3 Though we have reached the scheduled end of the three week discussion, we would like to give participants until Tuesday (October 31) to feed in their comments to the issues on high density situations raised in Week 3; and until the end of the week ( November 3) to post any other ideas that may not have been sufficiently covered in the three weeks of discussion. We welcome more information and case studies and would also like to hear your views on the analysis presented by the authors – has it been a particularly useful way to think about and design strategies for developing more efficient, effective and equitable rural transport services? Peter Njenga will summarise the reactions to Week 3 by Thursday (November 1). A final summary of the whole discussion will be sent out to participants in the week beginning November 13. Open discussion to end of November As described initially, the list will continue to be open till the end of November. We expect a first draft of the paper from the authors by the end of this week (ie. 3rd November) so you can use the list to make your comments on this draft. A summary of the Week 2’s discussion on low density situations is being sent to you along with this email. Priyanthi Fernando Executive Secretary IFRTD Moderator
