Brilliant!

Doubt I'll be able to make it .... but been using Café Conversations in my work here in Hereford ... and am encouraging our Council (DIFFICULT!!!)to use them also as we are at a crucial point in making decisions relating to the future of our beautiful city. I shall follow Bristol's progress>

Thanks Ian

Dear all,

In true Schumacher style we support many local activities in Bristol. The Big Café is an exceptional process so if you are able to make it we urge you to make all effort. If you are too far away then I guess we urge you to join or start something similar!

'Ten year plan to make Bristol a sustainable city'

Please book your place at the Big Café 2, 'Ten year plan to make Bristol a sustainable city' to be held at the Tobacco Factory, Southville, Bristol on 21st April, 9.30 -16.00. There are only a limited number of places so please book now to avoid disappointment.

Please visit http://sustainability.gly.bris.ac.uk/events/BigCafe/index.html to complete a booking form.

At the Café we will be creating a vision for Bristol and devising strategies that will make this happen. We will step into the future where we live in a sustainable Bristol, and then trace our steps backwards in time to today in order to discover how we might get there.

It is an open invitation, so please spread the word by forwarding this email to anyone who might be interested. Anyone can get involved and be part of the solution.

The day will be informal and fun with your fee covering lunch and drinks.

I look forward to seeing you there.

Best wishes

Ian Roderick
