I am working up a new public speech for right here in Minneapolis at the
University of Minnesota on Thursday, April 21.

I am interested in your take on any new, innovative, or model uses of
ICTs in local communities. I am particularly interested in many-to-
many tools that connect "citizens" in neighborhoods, rural areas, and
cities. Is anyone using "del.icio.us" or Flikr in amazing ways with
their neighbors?

I am also interested local focused uses wireless infrastructures,
government provided web-based "data" with e-notification and geographic
elements, and community content efforts (like community
blogs) that have sustained themselves over the long run.

Send your sightings to:

    clift at publicus.net

Thanks,
Steven Clift
