Hello,

I am Jean-Luc Raymond from Paris, France, specialist
of telecenters in France and also student in a Master
of IT management.

On June 10 from 2 pm to 4 pm (central european time)
we set up a french seminar about "internet access in
Europe" at Marne-la-Vallee french university (closed
to Paris) in our cursus of IT Management Master (local
government option) and we will do this via
visio-conference.

We are looking for persons in charge of programs of
access in European Countries (specifically new
countries from EEC) who can participate live.
It's simply need to speak english or german or french
and during 10-15 minutes you can speak about you
programs.

what do we man by access?
- rural development activity via Internet technology,
- telecenter activity (social and cultural issues...),
- e-vote,
- e-government,
- how libraries integrate new technologies in their
jobs,
- e-inclusion (help to bridge the digital divide by
activities for poor people)...
...

there will be 6 or 7 persons from all over Europe live
via Visio-conference.

You just need a webcam or better a visioconference
module to be a speaker. it's free of course!

this work helps the students to do a scientific study
and publication about internet access in Europe.

in case you are interested you can contact me via
email at:

best regards from Paris, France,

Jean-Luc
