[Telecentres] Research Project - Public Internet Access Points in Turkey

Dear Sirs,

I am working as research assistant in e-Government Research and
Development Center. We are carrying out a research project about Public
Internet Access Points (PIAP). In this research, our aim is to propose a
model for PIAP formation in Turkey.

We are examining various successful projects having similar purpose in the
world. If you know about any other good examples for PIAP, or similar, I
will be happy to learn about your experiences.
