<BR><FONT SIZE=2>technologies, co-produce community content, and other activities you </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>would associate with a non-ICT community center, but in an ICT context."</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>That is a good definition. A telecentre must be embedded in the overall development context. </FONT>
