<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Recently, we initiate a new idea to bring the Telecenters working in the Asian region in the same platform to exchange knowledge and experiences, and also to set some common goals to achieve together. This will be forum kind of thing like Asian Telecenter Forum (ATF). The forum will raise the voice of the local Telecenter initiatives of Asia and contribute to bridge the digital divide in the region in a practical manner.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">We are discussing the issue with different groups and getting positive responses on the concept and now planning to organize a brainstorming session in the last part of December to discuss the detail issues of participation of countries, organizations and operational structure of the forum. We are also discussing the issues with Telecenter Leaders Forum and other international associations to make it more effective and participatory. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
