Dear Friends,

Just another reminder to send me the names of the people from your
organization who hope to attend the openning ceremony.  As you may have seen
in the many emails on the various listserves, the procedure may change but
to be safe we need to submit a list.

Please send me your list no later than THURSDAY, DEC. 4TH, 12H(New York
time), 18H(Geneva time.

I have heard back from Rudolf, Ana and Helen and their respective
organizations.
