Dear Deva Kaur, members of the Ethics and Values Caucus and the NGO
Committee on Spirituality,Values and Global Concerns,

Thank you, Deva, for kindly drawing my attention to this.
With so many events taking place in the next week, I'm afraind I overlooked
the timing of the meeting of the CSVGC. I apologise for any confusion or
inconvenience that this may have caused.

So that people can attend either or both meetings, may I suggest that the
Ethics and Values Caucus meets instead at 11.00 till 12.00 on Sunday 7
December, at the Brahma Kumaris Centre (see address and phone below).

 Dear Members of the Ethics and Values Caucus,
 Thank you for your e-mail of December 2. I respectfully remind you that the
 NGO Committee on Spirituality,Values and Global Concerns is also hosting a
 presentation on "Conscious Communication" on Sunday 7th December at 17.30
 and those of you who are members of the CSVGC are invited to join for
dinner
 so that we may meet informally and discuss the direction the members of the
 CSVGC wish this Committee to take.Since so many of you are members of the
 CSVGC, I hope that you will not mind if I bring this to your attention.
 Since we united in our concerns, may I humbly suggest that we join together
 in the spirit of healing, compassion ,commitment and oneness on Sunday,7th
 December?I attach a copy of the CSVGC Invitation which was sent out last
 week.

Dear members of the Ethics and Values Caucus,

You are warmly invited to join us for supper on Sunday December 7th evening
from 5.30pm at the Brahma Kumaris Centre. This will be an opportunity for
us to meet together before the summit, to welcome those who have just
arrived in Geneva, and to discuss our work at the summit.

We would also welcome your ideas on how we would like to organize our
meeting on Friday:
 "The ethical dimension of the Information Society:  best practices and
reflections"
Friday 12 Dec  16:00 - 18:00  Room  13,  ICT-4D platform Hall 4

The suggestion so far is as follows:

The caucus will open a discussion by presenting its statement to the Civil
Society Declaration, and will extend an invitation to organizations to
relate their best practices in terms of ethics and values. There will be
brief interludes of music and projected images to facilitate reflection.
