Re Richard Stallman's message concerning the risks of word attachments, I
would be grateful if you could send whatever was in the attachment WITHIN
the e-mail and not as an attachment.

Thanks to the Swiss Executive Secretariate's habit to send multiple e-mails
to up to 668 addresses in clear, my inbox was clogged by e-mails with SoBig
attachments so I made a rather drastic message rule asking for all e-mails
with attachments to be deleted. There are more subtle ways to go about it, I
know: but that one was the fastest.

If you subscribe to any "newsletter" from any Swiss institution involved
with WSIS, it's safer to use a disposable e-mail address. It's even safer
not to subscribe at all: anyway, their newsletters are published on the
various WSIS official websites.
