Just a note Robert Ebbeler's "Firstly; I just gave Claude an answer which
I've copied in for you underneath your mail."
This answer explained what happened: Robert was under the impression that
"This was no mailing-list, it was a mail for all those (and only the 506
one) of the WSIS, names given to us by the UN and the CoE  (the reason why
I, for the moment, is confidential)."
In other words, WSIS organizers bungled again with their e-mail list,
presenting  values-ethics at wsis-cs.org as a personal address instead of one
for a list. I've apologized and apologize again to Robert for having reacted
as if he knew this was a mailing-list address.
