[Values-ethics] Let's get started

Hi Max,

Thanks for getting us started with the wiki https://ethics.jot.com. Was my
first experience using a wiki, and though it was not so straight forward, it
was definitely easier than doing a webpage. I have updated my profile and
hope others will do the same.

Liberato- hope you can add a history page for Values and Ethics. And I will
also post the Netiquette document from the Baha'I Computer and
Communications Association, which Max and others could use to input into the
IG caucus and perhaps even the Forum.

Looking forward to an active list.

Max- any way our list dicussions and archives can be reposted onto the wiki
so we don't have to go to so many places to get things.

Collaborative Writing Environment
I have setup a wiki under https://ethics.jot.com/ so if you like the idea,
we can use the list to discuss and the wiki to distil the essential points
--> prepare structured information and more importantly collabowrite
documents itself.

I found out that the mailing list actually comes with some Html pages that
we can use to publish a history, mission, objectives etc.
overview/introduction about the caucus -- and I think that (in combination
with a wiki) should be sufficient for now.

I have changed the archive to be public - I hope that is ok with everyone?
