Dear Max
I am optimistic that we can still rouse interest from our Caucus.I am still interested in seeing this compendium through to completeion and feel that a document of this nature , were it to be well thought and written by individuals of substantial background , will prove to be of some value. If not for all posterity at least to ensure that values and ethics remains a viable dimension in the debate in IG and IT and all the other acronyms.
If we dont do it no one else will.
with warm regards

After a very loud nothing, I believe it is save to assume that there is not a lot of motivation within this group to do anything at the IGF ;-(
Id still be interested to write and organise something, and I am in contact with a few more people who would be interested to make something happen
The question is should we try to re-energize this caucus (by inviting new participants and collaborating on a IGF initiative) or should we start from a scratch (one of the advantages would be that this mailing list receives a lot of spam)?
[personal note] I is so funny to go through the infectious process of a football world cup luckily I am doing my berlin case study - by now it is actually really really important and I am super nervious before the games ;-)
Namaste
Max
