You are very right, they changed the dates – the IGF will be October 30
through November 2, 2006 in Athens  (http://www.igfgreece2006.gr/). 

 

I believe accreditation criteria have not been decided yet. Anybody more
info?? 

I can’t imagine they’ll be harder then for the WSIS so all Caucus
participants should be able to find a way to accredit themselves as long as
they communicate/organise in advance.

Thanks for getting this started.

Who is going to be allowed to go attend in Athens?  I haven't yet heard
anything about credentials, delegates, ... or even the exact location.

I did hear that the dates are now later in the month, October 30 - November
2.
