<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">I write to ask if it would be possible to ask for accrediation through your NGO. I wish to be able to attend to meet like minded people who are concerned about the inability of non-Western universities to afford ON LINE ACADEMIC JOURNALS. Thus there is a monopoly on academic information in the developing world: only the elites have access to this very valuable scientific information. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Please note that I am a PhD candidate in Buddhist Psychology at the University of Utrecht in Holland. I have lived for 25+ years in Asia and have spent quite a few hours in class rooms teaching people to read academic articles, thus I can say that my interest is based on experiential knowledge. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
