at least, we had no intentions to do so. We have sent the same E-mail
Mr. Almansi (who we do not know for he is not on the list we received from the
UN. I have no clue how he got our mail) is talking about to Rwanda, The
Czech Republic (Mr. Pavel / Min. of Foreign Affairs) and so on and so forth. Al
together some 300 mails went out yesterday and most responded with great
interest in some 7 hours.</FONT></FONT></DIV>

committee we apologize. Furthermore we ask you to send us your list of
Netiquette. If have asked IBM, The University of Amsterdam and some other
partners if they could send it to us but they have not got it in their

can think of is Mr. Pall Thorhallson from the Council of Europe (Human Rights

some others, just to ask them if they had the same problem you had. I just
spoke to the last one in New York. None of them had the problem you
