we missed the deadline for nominations on the IGC list but I am unclear if we
still can nominate direct to IGF. Perhaps we should take up Max's and Conchita's
suggestion on creating an awareness and community of ethics issues and leave the
"political positions" to others. I believe that your energy and enthusiasm in
this field, along with the others who have so willingly come
forward proactively, will help this agenda remain alive and active within
