<DIV>Dear Friend</DIV>  <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>  <DIV>I am appealing to all of you to respond to the numerous efforts that Max has made to bring us all together once again to present papers and&nbsp; a workshop at WSIS Athens in Oct 2006. &nbsp;I am also very enthusiastic about doing something and would like all of us to be involved. I know that we all have commitments but it would be great if we could set some time aside to participate in this .</DIV>  <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>  <DIV>The ways I see it, we need to first of all answer the following questions.</DIV>  <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>  <DIV>1&nbsp; Are we able to participate in this WSIS follow up.</DIV>  <DIV>2 Do we see value in so doing.</DIV>  <DIV>3 Can we write papers for publication.</DIV>  <DIV>4 Can we have a workshop.</DIV>  <DIV>5 Are some of us willing to speak.</DIV>  <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>  <DIV>Our dear "young" friend Max has kept us all informed on what is going on regarding this . I personally feel that the contribution of the
