Dear all

Among  the other proposals that have arisen interest i would like to include
the proposal  I made for an ³e-rate² for education and ethics, along the
model of the one established in the USA and in the face of the difficulties
to finance the Solidarity Fund. You will find this mentioned in my
contribution to the forum.

Parmi les autres propositions à noter, je voudrais inclure celle que j¹ai
faite d¹un ³e-rate² pour l¹éducation et l¹éthique, selon le modèle qui
existe déjà aux Etats-Unis et pour pallier les difficultés rencontrées par
le Fond de Solidarité numérique. Vous trouverez cette proposition dans ma
contribution au forum.
