[commedia] Video Capture Card

Hi there

I would like to do some home editing and need to get a
video capture card etc.  I only have a VCR no DV etc
so I need an analogue one (I think).  Please can
someone recommend something along with good software. 
Ideally a pack with card and software would be good.
