Henda, I thank you for your contribution. The text is not closed yet to
additions, though it has been sent to the WGIG secretariat and it has been
posted on their site. We need to keep feeding our thoughts on it. So i'm
sending your message to the list, so as to have a wider input on the three
points you want to add. Could you also send a short rationale/argumentaire
for each, as I am not sure what you put under these important terms... The
more concrete and actio-driven we can be the better.

So my questions to all:

What mechanisms  to facilitate the public-private partnership ?
What  Mechanisms to facilitate the sharing of the knowledge ?
What Mechanisms for the co-diplomation (including e-learning)?

What actors? What funds?

Can you all contribute to this, maybe by providing case-studies that you
know of or work on...
