Dear Jane and others
All these deadlines in August are very inconvenient.

Time has elapsed very quickly.
The 24 is the day after tomorrow.
I left one week ago, a message on the
portable phone of Divina
( I understand with worldwide roaming )
but I haven't heard from her.
So we must take a decision very quickly,
may be sending a short proposal on
August 24, to be completed later in September.
I reitirate my proposal of a joint
IGF workshop on
"Open Access to Educational and
Scientific Resources"
so that we may have a critical mass together.
I am not on vacation, but I have a health problem
with my wrist, and I cannot type anything long.
Best regards
Francis
