Hello Francis, Jane and others
i am sorry but i am travelling to remote areas with difficult e-mail connections.
i agree on the proposal for a panel on open and educational ressources. Francis and Jane, can I ask you both to coordinate the proposal, so that it meets the deadline? later on we can organize it better with the other members of the list. You may suggest names, with the cautionionary expression ("if available" or something in that direction) but mostly i think it is important to specify the sub-topics to be addressed and the intended outcome, in terms of internet governance.\
best
divina
ps: i will be consulting my e-mail more regularly in the next few days.
