[WSIS Edu] About IGF themes to be discussed

Dear representatives of civil society,

I saw the list of themes that are tentatively being retained for discussion
in Athens and i congratulate you on them. I just wanted to send to you the
contribution that the Education, academia and research taskforce made to the
IGF when such contributions were required. It shows the tendencies and
suggestions that have been discussed in the list and i hope they can help
you in framing and pushing the issue.
