If you mean the right to vote,  that's a joke here in GB.

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A SECRET BALLOT IN GB ELECTORAL HISTORY.

Every ballot paper is serial numbered,  and a matching number is printed in 
the counterfoil (stub)  of the book of ballot papers. Each elector has a 
NUMBER,  and this simple number is hand written by the clerk onto the stub.  
It is the work of a few seconds to find out who voted, and for whom.  

For example, when a small party (such as BNP) has a candidate,   there will 
be a pile of  ballot papers from all the electors who voted for that 
candidate.  Taking those papers,  the stubs and the electoral register,  the 
full name and address of all the voters concerned could be discovered at the 
rate of about five or six a minute.  

Secret ballot my arse! 
As they say, if it can be done, it WILL be done  -   and it is being done.
