   The RIP Bill is deciidedly an attempt to stifle dissent, and it is
clearly "unconstitutional." 

   Your 'democracy' is rather faulty, if you cannot take the government to
court over unconstitutional legislation.

   I know your Sovereign is a bit of a dodo, but is there no appeal
possible, to her, from the people?

   Even in Oz, I sent in my petition asking for the GST to be repealed; we
don't really expect a result, but the effort has been made.

   Are there NO constitutional safeguards in Britain?
