With more than 180 millions people in Brazil, is it so difficult to find
someone capable to represent Brasil  in the Civil Society Forum? 
Argentina is not Brasil and Buenos Aires is not the capital o
Brasil...when are we going to be in the Civel Society Map ?????

        Enrique Chaparro is an specialist in the fields of computer
        security
        and information systems architecture. He works as an independent
        consultant, and has advised a large number of public and private
        organizations in Latin America and the U.S. He has given
        conferences
        on his technical fields, and on technical and philosophical
        aspects
        of free software, for universities and organizations in Latin
        America, Europe and the U.S. He currently represents Argentina

        Technical Committee 11 (Security) of IFIP (International

        memberships include: IACR (International Assn. of Cryptologic
        Research), IEEE Comp. Soc. TC on Security and Privacy, the

        As a female member of Fundacin Va Libre Argentina and
        NGO Hipatia (Both acredited to WSIS organizations), Miss Beatriz
        Busaniche has participated actively in the
        whole WSIS process from the Southern hemisphere. She is actively
        engaged in Education, academia and research caucus / family
        (Civil
        society bureau member), in the Patents, Copyrights and
        Trademarks
        (PCT) working group and member of the Latin American Caucus
        (LAC).
        
        She has some technical background and expertise in Free Software
        issues as well as development perspectives.
