besos

The Caribbean, where 16 sovereign countries are, has no representation
either. This is a problem. This is why I have made some of the choices I
have, and this is the basis for many of my future choices.

I am waiting to get access to the CS plenary so I can respond to
comments there - where I only now found out that by having myself as a
signatory, I have been dragged into something which requires me to
clarify my position and perception.

None of the candidates from the LAC represent the Caribbean; I can
support none of them.
