I am fine with the charter, considering we all are "dialectic" persons 
comfortable with any changes we might detect as necessary along the journey.

Netiquette -- I am absolutely in favor. Please draft something.

Leadership -- how about thinking of "moderatorship/facilitatorship"? It 
is actually more work if we think of it, but more democratic. I think we 
should have at least two, so when one cannot be present we count on the 
other...

Why not you in the meantime as our leader/moderator/facilitator, at 
least to get us to cruise speed?
