Hello, everyone. I'm fine with the charter. Collaboration and voting can
be done in various ways, the single vote email method should work with a
small group - with a deadline for the vote (and related discussion for
the vote).

And removing the initial sender from the send box allows discussion to
stay on the list.

Concur. There are plenty of samples running around. Here's RFC 1855, one
