Hello Avri, jacquline and all

I see your point about restricting access. However as far as I can see
wikicities approach/service is meant to be truly open --> does not allow for
editing rights to be restricted. I have sent a message to the contact I
have, but do not expect them to comply with my request.

I personally think we should be alright for now and suggest we start content
work and tackle the problem as it arises.
