[Mmwg] (preliminary) wiki set up

hmmm
wikicities only provides public wikis.
private wikis exist... usually you have to pay on wiki hosts. I use
some that allow private spaces for free - www.schtuff.com;
www.wikispaces.com; www.pbwiki.com are some that we could use.
