hi,

so, a member of this list declared on the gov list that we are stalled.
and we do seem to be

i feel i may be somewhat at fault since this election cruft got in  
the way.
but now that is virtually out of the way.
we will have new co-chairs, i hope, sometime next week - please do vote.

can we use the next two weeks to figure out something?

we can write a statement.
or we can endorse one.

i found the IGP statement interesting and not in great deviation from  
things we all discussed on this list.  have you all seen it? (taking  
the url from the gov list)
