I haven't had time to read it yet, but I suppose that I might still have
some differences in regard to Milton's ideas, as discussed on the list,
even if I think that most ideas might be the same as mine. In any case,
there will be more submissions in the next days (for example, we are
working on a collective submission by the Italian WSIS CS list).

I'm not discarding the idea of endorsing some other statement, but I
would start by trying to list the points on which this list can
collectively agree - I'd assume we might have many. But if we see that
we don't get to anything, we might fall back on endorsing something
else.
