[Mmwg] update on the voting for co-chairs

hi,

at this point, with a bit more then a day to go before the vote  
closes (at Midnight anywhere on 7 Feb - something like noon GMT on  
the 8th)  we have 16 out of 35 having voted.

we have no quorum requirements, but it would be good to see most  
people vote.
