i don't think the mmwg has a time table, but rather has to react to  
events.  in this case, the IGF consultations are upcoming, and i  
think it would be good for this group to have an initial contribution  
on the principles, form and structure.  i don't think this has to be  
a final becasue the group will probably want to take the reality of  
the consultations into account when reviewing the proposal, but if  
this group wants to have its opinions considered as part of the mix,  
i think delivering something by the deadline for the consultations  
would be a good goal.
