[Mmwg] Nominations for co-chair on mmwg

Hi Avri,

Ian declined, Wolfgang can clarify.

I suggest that we have a vote. I don't see how the list is going to just
'come to consensus' by bouncing names back and forth over the weekend, plus
people may prefer to express their preferences privately so as to avoid any
interpersonal awkwardness, misperceptions, etc. Not complicated, the 35
people at http://mailman-new.greennet.org.uk/mailman/roster/mmwg each send
you two names. Of course, my colleagues at CPSR who work on e-voting would
freak at such a loose formulation, but this is not particularly high stakes
and the group is small enough for you to seek confirmations etc in the case
of ambiguities.

Best,

Bill
