As an privacy advocate and public interest contrarian, I volunteer to help
organize the anti-NOP campaign, www.nopwatch.org, www.stopnopnow.org, or
more optimistically, www.openop.info.   Let's apply for foundation support
to combat this grave new threat before it exists and start up the gravy
train.   The first annual conference should be in Trinidad and Tobago,
preferably during carnival.
