it also proves to the fact that when we dont constantly keep pushing for privacy language, it is not there !!

Rikke just alerted me that the word "privacy" does not show up a single
time in the "Tunis Committment", see

"Security" shows up in the document 7 times.
This is worse than the Geneva summit. So we made progress for privacy in
terms of Internet governance, but lost on the overall political document
front.
Keep this in mind for discussions at side-events, with journalists etc.
