Hi all,

unfortunately, Simon Davies from Privacy International, who was accepted
as our speaker at one of the summit high-level roundtables, can not come
to Tunis. Don't ask me why - there is nothing we can do about it.

I just talked to Philippe Dam from CONGO:

We might be able to nominate somebody else. This person should be very
high-level in his or her organization, a well-known expert etc blah blah blah.

--> Who could do this? We have to submit a name as soon as possible. The
roundtable is around 11-13 on Thursday, and the final decision is made by
ITU chief Utsumi.

Rikke, Tarpani, Robert, Vittorio or myself can't speak there, as we are
accredited under the government delegations and the ITU wants official
civil society. We spoke with Gus Hosein from PI, but he has visa problems
and is not sure if he will make it.

Ralf
