Hello,

This is Joanna from Third World Majority. I suggest Theeba Soundrarajan
who is the Technology Justice Director at TWM and has been working on a
security training initiative that connects security and surveillance
policies in the United States with silencing and controlling social
movements, and grassroots community work. I think she would really add
to rounding out the discussion on impacts that Privsec policies have on
communities on the ground and community response and strategies.

I am cc'ing her and Dalida Maria Benfield of Video Machete (who also has
been working on this project) on this. They will both be in Tunis.
Though they are not members of the list, I will see that they subscribe
soon.

thanks,

Joanna
