[Privsec] Privacy Panel at Tunis citizens' Summit - update

Hi all,

our proposal for the citizens' summit got accepted. After some 
coordination by Karen and me behind the scenes, the panel is now shaping 
up. The current state of affairs is listed below.

WSIS Civil Society Privacy and Security Working Group
together with
- Heinrich Böll Foundation, Germany
- others are welcome (if you want your organization listed here, let us
know - no strings attached)

The panel will provide a global overview of privacy issues,
developments and strategies from different civil society perspectives.
