Trinidad and Tobago has similar problems. If you get selected, I will
rest easier. I was kicking around the idea of the 'Small Island Caucus',
but... there seem to be enough. The Caribbean tends to get knocked into
'Latin America' more than anything, and we really don't have a presence
in that caucus.
