 Dear  Elizabeth,Andy and all,
  I would like to join your discussion.
  My name Naswil Idris <naswil at yahoo.com>,Indonesian,
PTC delegation to WSIS in December 2003 at Palexpo
Geneva, I am now a member of PTC Honolulu, very
interested in studying and reseaching the role of
Telecenter( the generic name of WISIS is CAP=
Community Access Point).More than 10 years ago also I
met Ms. Divina Frau-Meigs in Paris, and as  a member
of IAMCR ( International Association of Media and
Communication Research).
  I am  also a researcher for APT ( Asia Pacific
Telecommunity) wityh Prof Kenji Saga (
saga at nict.go.jp) based in Bangkok.Prof Saga and me
have several  telecenters papers and  research reports
presented at PTC Honolulu in the last 6 years.
