[Telecentres] reminder: pick up overpasses this morning

I'm at the Palexpo by the civil society offices, sitting at a table 
working on my laptop. I have overpasses for the following people:

If you would like to go to the plenary this morning, please come by 
before 9:30am. If you have not picked it up by then, I will have to give 
away your pass for today to someone else, as plenary attendees must be 
seated by 9:45am.
