Dear Mr Khan, Francis and all,

Tracey didn't say she wants to leave the strategy council. She only said she 
can not be considered as African any more since she is born in Australia and 
she now lives in Mongolia.
And she added that she did want to stay on the strategy council.

On the other hand, Kamel Ayadi is not in the government, and he remains 
civil society representative.
